In compliance with the provisions of Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 this is to inform that the Board of Directors of REC Limited in its meeting held on October 29 2021 inter-alia approved the addition of new
sub-clause as detailed in letter attached in the objects clause of memorandum of association of REC Limited subject to approval of the administrative Ministry i.e. Ministry of Power and the shareholders.
