MPS Ltd has informed BSE consequent to the resignation of Mr. Supriya Kumar Guha from the services of the Company with effect from the close of working hours on September 30, 2014. Mr. Supriya Kumar Guha has ceased to be the Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from September 30, 2014.
His replacement will join soon.
In the interim Mr. Sunit Malhotra, Chief Financial Officer will act as a Compliance Officer of the Company till the new Company Secretary & Compliance Officer joins the Company.
