Further to our letter dated 31.01.2019 regarding the Board approval to divest its equity investment held in its subsidiary Company M/s. Modison Contacts Pvt Ltd. The agreement is executed on 19th February 2019. The date of completion of divestment of equity investment held in subsidiary Company and date of receipt of payment is 25th February.2019.
Thus M/s. Modison Contacts Pvt Ltd ceased to be a subsidiary Company of M/s. Modison Metals Limited w.e.f 28th February 2019.
