Pursuant to Regulation 29(1)(a) of SEBI (LODR) Regulation 2015 we are pleased to inform that 2/2026-27 Meeting of the Board of Directors of the company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday the 11th day of August 2026 at 4:00 P.M. at the Corporate office of the company to consider and recommend the Final Dividend on equity share of the Company for the Financial Year ended 31st March 2026 if any;
