Please be informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today i.e. on September 04 2025 has approved the continuation of directorship of Dr. Gopalapillai Prasanna Kumar as a Non-Executive Independent Director post attaining the age of 75 years subject to approval of shareholders at the ensuing AGM of the Company.
