With reference to the captioned subject matter we wish to inform that the "Trading Window" for dealing in the Securities of the Company shall remain closed for all Directors/ Officers/ designated persons of the Company from 1st October 2020 till 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half-year ended on 30 September 2020 are made available to the public.
The date of Board meeting inter-alia for consideration approval and declaration of the aforesaid Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended on 30 September 2020 will be intimated separately in due course.
