Elango Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 31, 2017, to consider the Un-audited Financial Results for Third Quarter and Nine months period ending December 31, 2016.
Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the shares of the Company shall remain closed for the period from January 21, 2017 to January 31, 2017 (both the days inclusive).
