APTECH LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 09/02/2023 inter alia to consider and approve Pursuant to the Regulation 29 of the Listing Regulations we would like to inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of Aptech Limited will be held on Thursday February 09 2023 to approve inter alia the Un-audited Financial Results (Consolidated & Standalone) of the Company for the quarter ended 31st December 2022. Further pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and amendments thereto read with Companys code of conduct to Regulate Monitor and Report Trading we would like to inform you that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed for all Insiders Designated Persons and their immediate relatives and Connected Persons from January 1 2023 and shall continue to remain closed till the end of 48 hours after declaration of the Financial Results for the Quarter ended 31st December 2022 in the Board Meeting dated February 09 2023.
