Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we hereby inform the exchanges about the following request received by the Company to issue duplicate share certificates. Our RTA will issue Letter of Confirmation subject to the completion of required formalities by the claimants/shareholders and relevant approvals as may be required in this regard.
