Gupta Carpets International Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 30, 2016, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Audited financial results for the Year ended March 31, 2016.
Further, in terms of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window of the Company shall remain closed for the purpose of declaration of audited Financial Results of the Company from May 27, 2016 till June 02, 2016 (both days inclusive).
