The Company had filed an intimation under Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 vide letter no. FVCIL/SEC/BSE/9789/2025-2026 dated 18/02/2026. It was revealed that there were two corrections in the said intimation in relation to the business carried out by the Silver Sage Trading LLC and the amount which the Company shall invest in the said LLC. The revised objects and amount of investment is detailed in the letter attached herewith.
