Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we hereby intimate that the Board of Directors of Ather Energy Limited ("the Company") at their meeting held today i.e. February 02 2026 accorded their approval for incorporation of a Wholly Owned Subsidiary in Hong Kong to support the Companys critical procurement functions and enhance supply chain resilience within the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region.
