We wish to inform you that an order has been passed by the Wholetime Member in the matter of Rutron International Ltd. vide. SEBI Order no. WTM/SM/IVD/ID5/10430/2020-21 dated February 15 2021 and the company has been restrained from accessing the securities market and further prohibit them from buying selling or otherwise dealing in securities directly or indirectly or being associated with the securities market in any manner for a period of six (06)months from the date of this Order i.e. till August 14 2021.
