This is to inform you that the Company has received the approval from the Registrar of Companies Telangana extending the time by a period of 2 months 10 days for conducting the Annual General Meeting for the FY 2018?19 under the provisions of 96 of the Companies Act 2013(from 30th September 2019 l.e. the last day by which the Company should have been held the Annual General Meeting for the said year). Therefore the Company will take necessary steps to hold the Annual General Meeting before the said period of time.
