Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform that Shri Deepak Asher (DIN 00035371) has resigned as a Non-Executive Director from the Board with effect from the close of business hours on 31st March 2019 due to personal reasons.
Shri Deepak Asher has been associated with the Company as a Non-Executive Director since the Companys incorporation and has made significant contribution in the building and the overall growth of the Company.
We wish to place on record our appreciation for Shri Deepak Asher for the services rendered by him during his tenure.
