We wish to inform you that the Finance Committee (the Committee) of the Board of Directors (the Board) of Motilal Oswal Financial Services Limited (the Company) at its Meeting held on Thursday September 24 2026 has inter alia considered and approved issuance of up to 90 000 Fully paid Secured Rated Redeemable Listed Senior Bonds in the nature of Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) of face value of Rs. 1 00 000/- (Rupees One Lakh Only) each for an amount up to Rs. 900 Crore (Rupees Nine Hundred Crore Only) (the Issue) on Private Placement Basis.
