We wish to inform you that as per Regulation 30 and 43 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 the
Board of Directors in its meeting held on Friday the 12 day of March 2021 approved payment of
Interim Dividend for the Financial Year 2020-21 @ Rs. 6.70/- per share of the face value of Rs. 10/-
each.
