The Board of Directors of the Company viz. Bhansali Engineering Polymers Ltd. at its meeting held on April 13, 2018, inter alia, has Recommended Final Dividend @30% on the paid up equity share capital of the company (viz. 30 paise per equity share having face value of Rs. 1/- each) subject to approval of the shareholders of Company in their ensuing Annual General Meeting.
