1. To consider and approve Un-Audited Financial Results for quarter ended June 30, 2013.

2. Notice to be approved and agenda for Annual General Meeting with explanatory statement.

3. To consider and approve Audited Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss Account for the year ended March 31, 2013.

4. To consider provision for depreciation for the year.

5. To consider the expenses charged to Profit and Loss Account not included any personal expenses of the Directors.

6. To consider the Current Assets, Loans and Advances for the year.

7. To consider and approve the Directors? Report.

8. To consider the closure of Register of Members and Share Transfer Books.

9. To consider the appointment of Auditors and their fees for the Financial Year 2013-2014.

10. To fix time and date for Annual General Meeting.
