Further pursuant to Reg. 42 of SEBI (LODR) Reg. 2015 the Register of Members and the Share Transfer Books will remain closed from Saturday 21.09.2019 to Friday 27.09.2019 (both days inclusive).
Further as per provisions of Section 108 of the Companies Act 2013 Rules thereunder and Reg. 44 of SEBI (LODR) Reg. 2015 the Company has provided the e-voting facility to the members through electronic voting platform of Link Intime India Private Limited. Members holding shares either in physical or in dematerialized form as on cut-off date i.e. Friday 20.09.2019 may cast their votes through remote e- voting facility or through ballot paper at the AGM. The E-voting facility will commence from Tuesday 9:00 A.M. on 24.09.2019 to Thursday 05:00 P.M. on 26.09.2019.
