CMC: Board recommends Dividend (AGM on June 11, 2015)

CMC Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 09, 2015, inter alia, has recommended for consideration of the Shareholders at the ensuing 39th Annual General Meeting to be held on June 11, 2015 payment of dividend at the rate of Rs. 27.50 per equity share for the year ended March 31, 2015 to be paid on or after June 12, 2015 but before July 10, 2015.
