Kaycee Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 12, 2016, inter alia, to consider the following businesses to be transacted:
- To approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter ended on December 31, 2015 along with the Limited Review by statutory auditors of the Company.
Further, the window for trading in the shares of the Company shall remain closed from February 10, 2016 to February 13, 2016 (both days inclusive) in view of the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company.
Accordingly, all the designated employees of the Company have been intimated not to trade in Companys shares during the aforesaid period.
