JBM Auto Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 05, 2015 primarily to consider the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the 2nd quarter and half year period ended on September 30, 2015.
Further, as per the 'Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading? of the Company, the Trading Window shall remain close for Directors and Senior Management Personnel, and Specified Persons of the Company from October 28, 2015 to November 06, 2015 (both days inclusive).
