Simmonds Marshall Limited has informed that Pursuant to Regulation 30 & Regulation 33 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 the Board of Directors at their Meeting held today (i.e. Friday March 5 2021) has approved the Un-audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the Quarter ended December 31 2020 as recommended by the Audit Committee along with the Limited Review Report.
