Modison: Board Meeting-Outcome of Board Meeting

Subject: Rectification in Outcome of Board Meeting held on 14th March, 2018.

This is with reference to the aforesaid subject, we would like to intimate you that the Company availed the loan from ICICI Bank instead of Axis Bank( as mentioned in the Outcome letter dated 14.03.2018) and as soon as we come to know, we are intimating BSE immediately.

Following is the revised Outcome of Board Meeting:

1) To borrow and avail autoloan:

The Board approved to borrow and avail autoloan from ICICI Bank, Mumbai of Rs. 1,06,00,000/- (Rupees One crore Six Lakhs Only).

Thus, request you to please update the same on your record.
