Innovative Tech Pack Ltd has informed BSE that Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 1992 read with companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the 'Trading Window for securities of the Company shall remain closed, to consider and approve audited financial results for the quarter ended on March 31, 2015 on May 30, 2015 for the Directors and Designated Employee from May 28, 2015 to June 01, 2015 (both days inclusive). The Trading Window shall reopen from June 02, 2015.
