We refer to the provisions of Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 and wish to inform your good office that Mr. Rajneesh Gupta has tendered his resignation from the post of Chief Financial Officer (KMP) of the Company w.e.f 31st December 2019 vide his letter dated March 20 2020 which was received by the Resolution Professional on March 22 2021.
The said resignation was approved by Resolution Professional on 30th March 2021.
