Mystic Electronics Ltd has informed BSE that due to unavoidable delays in finalization of accounts and the consequent completion of audit work, the finalization of financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2016 and for the year ended March 31, 2016 could not be completed thus Board Meeting held on May 30, 2016 for adoption of audited accounts for the quarter ended March 31, 2016 and for the year ended March 31, 2016 has been adjourned by three days and will now take place on June 02, 2016 at 5.30 P.M. at the registered office of the Company.
