Bata India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 30, 2016 recommended a dividend of Rs. 3.50 per equity share of Rs. 5/- each of the Company (i.e., 70%) and fixed the date of the 83rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) on August 04, 2016.
The dividend, if approved by the shareholders at the aforesaid AGM will be paid from August 18, 2016 onwards.
The Board Meeting held on May 30, 2016 was commenced at 2:00 p.m. and concluded at 5:40 p.m.
