In reference to the clarification regarding trading restriction period issued by BSE Limited vide its Circular No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 02.04.2019 and applicable Regulations of Securities & Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended from time to time the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will be closed for all directors designated persons and their immediate relatives with effect from 1st October 2019 till expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th September 2019.
