TechTrek India Ltd has informed BSE that Mrs. Khushboo Malde, Company Secretary has resigned from the services of the Company with effect from June 05, 2014.
The Company has accepted her resignation and relieved her from her responsibilities with effect from June 05, 2014. Consequent to her resignation as Company Secretary, Mrs. Khushboo Malde also ceases to be Compliance Officer of the Company.
