It may please be noted that the said results were reviewed and recommended by the Audit Committee in its meeting held on 10-02-2020 at 11.30 a.m. and the same have been considered approved and taken on records in the 31st meeting of the Board of Directors held on today i.e. 10th day of February 2020 commenced at 2.30 p.m. and concluded at 4.35 p.m. pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 33 and other applicable provisions if any of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015.
