Star Cement: Board Meeting Intimation for The Third Quarter And Nine Months Ended 31St December 2025.

Star Cement Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 06/02/2026 inter alia to consider and approve and take on record the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the third quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2025. Further at the said meeting the Board may consider and if thought fit declare 2nd interim dividend for the financial year 2025-26 and fix the Record Date for the same.
