The Company has received COD for its NHAI Project executed by its 100% subsidiary Ashoka Bettadahalli Shivamogga Road Private Limited w.e.f. 07-10-2026. The said SPV is eligible for receiving annuity w.e.f. 07-10-2026 at the interval of every 6 months for 15 years.
