the Company ("Code"), the trading window will remain closed from October 29, 2018 to
November 03, 2018 (both days Inclusive) in connection with the announcement of the UnAudited
financial results of the company for quarter ending September 30, 2018 for Directors
and other employees of the Company covered under the Code. The trading window will reopen
on November 06, 2018.
