Computer Age Management Services Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 10 2022 inter alia has approved the payment of an interim Dividend of Rs. 10.75 per equity share. The expected date of disbursement of the dividend will be on or before February 25 2022.
