Further to our letter dated 12th February 2020 we write to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company has declared an Interim Dividend for the financial year ending 31st March 2020 @ Rs. 2.50 per share (25%) on the paid up capital of the Company.
The record date for the purpose of determining the members eligible to receive the said interim dividend has been fixed as Friday 28th February 2020.
You are requested to take the above on record.
