HT MEDIA LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 10/05/2019 inter alia to consider and approve This is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Friday the 1Oth May 2019 to inter-alia consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ending on 31st March 2019 and related matters.
In terms of the "Code of Conduct to Regulate Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders" of the Company the Trading window will be closed from Sunday the 31st March 2019 to Sunday the 12th May 2019 (both days inclusive) for the above purpose.
