Matra Kaushal Enterprise: Outcome Of Board Meeting.

This is to inform you that the Board of Directors at their meeting held today has inter-alia considered and approved the following:

1. Financial results of the company for the quarter and year ended 31.03.2021.

2. Appointment of Akhil Mittal & Associates Company Secretaries as Secretarial Auditor for Financial Year 2020-21.

Pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we enclose the following:

a. Copy of financial results for the quarter / year ended March 31 2021; and


b. Auditors Reports with unmodified opinions on the aforesaid Audited Financial Results issued by Jeedigunta & Co Chartered Accountants Statutory Auditors of the Company.

Pursuant to SEBI Circular No. 20200513-24 dated 13th May 2020 the Company is exempted from publishing quarterly and year ended financial results in newspaper under Regulation 33(3)(b) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015.
