Sea TV Network: Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Resignation of Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (Listing Regulations) we write to inform you that Mr. Harshit Jain Chief Financial Officer (CFO) & Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the Company has tendered his resignation vide letter dated March 21 2026 with effect from the close of business on March 30 2026 due to personal reasons. He has also confirmed that there are no other material reasons for his resignation.
