Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulation 2015 the board of directors in their meeting held on 03.10.2025 have proposed to appoint the statutory auditors M/S NNK & Co. as statutory auditors of the company to fill the casual vacancy created due to the resignation of the current auditor M/s Valawat & Associates to hold office till the conclusion of the next AGM in 2026.
