In furtherance to our earlier communication dated 01st April 2022 & 04th April 2022 related to intimation of the approval of the scheme of amalgamation of Oshin and Eiji with Mayuka the Company has received a disclosure pursuant to Regulation 10 (7) of SEBI (SAST) Regulations 2011 dated 06th April 2022 from the acquirer i.e. Mayuka being new promoter of the Company.
