Further, as per the Companys internal Code for Prevention of Insider Trading (as amended) the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed for the Companys Directors / Officers and designated employees of the Company from October 24, 2015 and will re-open 48 hours after the publication of the September Quarter Results to the public in the Board Meeting scheduled to be held on November 03, 2015 at 11.30 A.M.
