UG Hotels & Resorts Ltd has informed BSE that the resignation by Miss Kusum Lata for the post of Company Secretary has been accepted by Justice Manmohan Sarin (Retd.) Administrator from the closing hours of March 28, 2014. The Company is seeking exemption from the applicability of section 383A of the Companies Act 1986. On account of specific mandate to the Administrator and the constraints of resources of the Company and limitation at present its operations making engaging of Company Secretary difficult.
