Kopran Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 27 2021 inter alia has recommended a Final dividend of Rs. 1.50 (15%) per equity share of Rs. 10 each for the year ended March 31 2021 subject to approval of members at the 62nd AGM. Earlier an interim dividend of Rs. 1.50 (15%) per equity share was paid in the month of November 2020.
