With reference to our notice dated 18.05.2018 and in continuation of Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP), this is to inform that the company is unable to declare audited financial result for the year ended 31st March 2018.
Further it is concluded the management will meet again on 31.05.2018 to consider the Audited Financial Result for the year ended 31.03.2018.
The meeting of RP and Key Managerial Personnel commenced at 4:30 P.M. and concluded at 7:30 P.M.
