With reference to the earlier announcement dated August 14, 2013 regarding Outcome of Board Meeting held on August 14, 213, Volant Textile Mills Ltd has now informed BSE about the Revised Outcome of Board Meeting held on August 14, 2013.

- The Board taken on record the unwillingness to be reappointed as the auditors of the Company for the F.Y. 2013-14, received from M/s Shah, Patani & Associates, Chartered Accountants, of the Company And the new auditors for the F.Y. 2013-14 will be appointed in the AGM of the Company to be held on September 30, 2013.
