Supra Trends Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/11/2025 inter alia to consider and approve With reference to the above mentioned subject we wish to inform that a meeting of Board of Directors of our company is scheduled to be held on Friday November 14 2025 inter alia to consider and approve the Un-audited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the Second quarter and Half Year ended on September 30 2025 pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015.In continuation to our previous intimation of closure of trading window we would like to inform that the trading window of the Company for all the designated persons and their immediate relatives will remain closed till November 16 2025 which is 48 hours after the Board Meeting.
