their Meeting held Yesterday i.e. Monday December 06 2021 considered and approved the appointment of
Mr. Narendra Mahajaini (DIN: 01048676) as an Additional Non-Executive Director of the Company with
the effect from December 07 2021.
Request you to kindly consider and take the same in your records appointment of Mr. Narendra
Mahajaini as the Additional Non-Executive Director of the company i.e. December 07 2021.
To the best of our knowledge and information and as confirmed by Mr Narendra Mahajini he has not
been debarred from holding the office of Director of the Company by virtue of an order of the SEBI or
any other authority.
