Pursuant to Regulations 30 and 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (Listing Regulations) we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held today i.e. 30th January 2023 have inter-alia considered and taken on record the enclosed Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for Quarter and Nine Months ended 31st December 2022.As required under Regulation 33(3)(d) of the Listing Regulations the Independent Auditors Report on Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended on 31st December 2022 is also attached herewith.The meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 3.00 p.m. and concluded at 4.15 p.m.
